Am I the only one who finds some bulbs sprouting in the garden at the moment? Virginia creeper’s also growing new leaves and magnolia tree is bearing flowers again. All of these in September! Plants seems to be confused with autumn and spring. 😂

Me too, it’s really strange. I saw iris which were new sprouts the other day!

Everything seems normal here in Texas. Maybe cooler temps and lots of rain confused the plants… The tropical storm/hurricane in the Gulf will send colder temps our way tomorrow though.

Thanks rebeccjust for sharing your experience as well. I don’t know if they’ll survive long enought though. Autumn is pretty soon.

Yes it could be that luis_pr. We had a very hot summer until mid-August and then temperature dropped down abruptly. It went back up after a week for a few day sor so, short but enough for the plants to think it’s already sprng. All the best to your plants then!  🙂
