    Hi all,

I have had my Dracaena plant now for around 2 years and it has always done really well and has grown a lot- seems like a happy and healthy plant.

A few weeks ago I had an outbreak of fungus gnats (seem to come with my new bonsai tree) and spread to my house plants so I set up traps and watered the soil with diluted hydrogen peroxide and seem to have killed off the gnats (for now).

However, in the process, the leaves on my Dracaena have started going brown and yellow and it isn’t looking happy at all! It is spreading really really quickly as well!

I just wondered if anybody knew what the issue was and how to tackle it please? Thanks!

I’ve never had that before, but then again I haven’t really treated with hydrogen peroxide yet. I heard it’s also good against fungus but when I see your pictures, it really looks like a fungus to me, but it can’t be that. Maybe it’s just that the product affected the soil balance and the plant is reacting by dropping a few lower leaves.

    Loving the season!
