Cooked of course, I know they’re not chickens. Will they eat it?

We do in our family. But you have to mix something good into it like leftovers and gravy.

Sometimes when nothing is left we get waste cuttings at the local fish market and boil that before mixing it into to the rice.

Oh yeah super important is to mix it in the rice well, otherwise they’ll just leave the rice behind.

    Loving the season!

Yup, they love rice as long as there’s fish or meat bones with it!

Yes, dogs can eat plain, cooked rice in moderation. It’s a bland and easily digestible option that can be beneficial for upset stomachs. Ensure it’s plain rice without added seasonings or spices, and most dogs will eat it without any issues.

In general, cooked rice is safe for dogs to consume, and many even find it to be tasty. To find out if your dog likes it, it’s a good idea to introduce it gradually as individual canine preferences might differ. For individualized guidance, always take into account your dog’s unique nutritional requirements and speak with your veterinarian.
