I’ve got this glass jar I bought from a garden store. As you can see in the picture, the fittonia plant has already grown so much and the size of the jar is too small for it. Would it be okay to cut a few inches so as to control its size? Hoping for your kind advice.
Hi to you both! I saw your quetion two weeks ago and out of curiousity, I asked the garden store staff when I had visited them. The advice I got is to cut a few branches off or remove some of the plants and repot them in a normal container leaving only what you want to keep in the glass jar considering its space. Voila! Good luck!
Then, that means we have to get a big jar if we don’t want to transfer or cut off some branches of those cute plants! How does this work, @Tiffy? Do you water by spraying? Just curious here.  😀
