Goji berry was healthy but now is covered with white sickness

Hi all. Goji berry was very healthy at the beginning of spring and then mid spring it was covered with powdery white sickness all over the whole plant. Leaves are basically dying and no new growth visible. I’m afraid it’s gonna kill the plant soon. How to treat this please?
