I still have some tulips which due to busy work schedules, I was unable to plant last autumn. Do you think I should plant it now or better to wait for autumn this year?

@Julian, if you plant the bulbs now as summer is starting, your bulbs will try to spread roots and leaves and all at the same time, and they’ll suffer because it’ll quickly get too hot for them. Especially if you’ve got bulbs that already sprouted, bloomed and are probably drying up for the season by now. so I’d really wait until either fall or next spring to plant them. For sure it’ll feel like an extended sleep for them, but you’ll have a better chance of survival and of blooming, too!

Is it the same for cute bulbs like daffodils, grape hyacinths and crocus? @ratattat-tatty
