I’ve been seeing this for a while now, anybody have any idea what it is? is it dangerous? is it a disease? These lumps on the leaves seem to be clustered on nearby leaves in different parts of the tree.

That’s what appeared when I started searching things out. Seems it isn’t dangerous for the tree and even though it’s a wasp, they don’t seem dangerous for us at all.
