I have 4 large pine trees and I am interested in what vines will cling on and grow up the tree. I wish to plant only flowering vines and would prefer only fragrant vines. The trees are over 35 ft.

Some are fragrant but not all of them. Even after the blooming, the seeds look like balls of wispy fuzz, it’s really nice. Armandii varieties smell nice.
Other than that wisteria is a sure choice, strong fragrance, too. It’ll for sure reach the tip of the trees in time.
